Consumer guarantees & refunds (Australia)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have guaranteed rights for goods and services. These include guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and that services are rendered with due care and skill.

Our refunds and remediation policy:

  • If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will offer a remedy (repair, re-supply or refund) in line with ACL.
  • Claims should be submitted promptly with supporting materials and the original brief.
  • For non-consumer commercial clients, contracts typically set bespoke acceptance and warranty terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Offerhaven retains copyright in produced materials until full payment and transfer terms are executed. Licence terms are set out in the project agreement. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their deliverables schedule.
